Substitutes
You can substitute any of our wet ingredients for similar products! Some swaps we love:
Instead of CANOLA OIL try any vegetable oil or melted butter
Instead of SOY MILK try any dairy or dairy free milk

Bake time
Every oven is different, so baking cookies for 12 minutes at 175 degrees may look different each bake! We recommend checking the cookies at 10 minutes and judge if you think they should stay in, or come out depending if you want a soft or crunchy cookie. But remember - if they look slightly too soft, take them out anyway as they will keep cooking.

Get creative!
Your Cookie Kit has been created to be a replica of our delicious cookies (which you can order here!). However, make it your own! Love almonds? Chuck them inside the dough or use them to decorate. Want an extra ginger-y cookie? Add extra ground ginger or crystallised ginger!

Cookie bites
Want to bake baby cookies rather than big boys? Go ahead and roll the dough into whatever size you’d like! However, we recommend adjusting the bake time if you are baking smaller cookies. We bake our Cookie Bites for 7 minutes.
